Guidelines

  • Harvard World Records (HWR) believes in the fullness of humankind and therefore we always discourage the attempts or potentials that hurt any moral values, society, humanity, flora, fauna, health, or well-being of an individual or any organization.
  • The decision for endorsement and approval of any attempt of record will be made entirely by the HWR team and will be declared as final. The processing of the application may take about 5-6 weeks from the date of application submission.
  • At the time of recording, the presence of any of the team members of HWR is not requisite. However, it is compulsory to have witnesses at the time of authentication of records attempts and proper maintenance of record documentation along with the location of the shoot.
  • It is mandatory to have at least two witnesses at the time of recording. Also, all the claimed documents and complete information about all the witnesses have to be submitted. Most importantly, all the documents must be signed by every witness with full approval. You can fill the adjudication form for adjudication of records separately.
  • The approval and publication of the certificate for a record will take place only after the verification of received claim forms, all the documents, and the procedure of attempt. All the claimed documents submitted to the HWR will be the property of HWR subsequently to keep a record of claims. HWR is not responsible for giving back any kind of claimed material to the attempter or attempting organization/s.
